Innovative Technologies (ITI) is either the sole awardee or an awardee under several Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The primary use of these contracts is for when the government can’t determine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that will be required over the contract period. ITI’s IDIQ contracts allow us to  facilitate the order of goods or services defined by a broad SOW to the government, provide support and services throughout a specified period of performance of base and option periods,  accept government Task Orders for individual requirements, receive Task Orders quantity limits that may be stated as number of units or as dollar values,  and commit to specific contract maximum or minimum quantities. In all of these ways, ITI’s IDIQ contracts increase the efficiency of the procurement process  - reducing the time required to evaluate  various proposals, reducing ITI’s own time to develop and submit proposals, and reducing delivery time.
