Duties / Responsibilities:

Candidates will possess 5 - 10 years government experience in proposal Management/Business Development/Capture Strategy. The candidate ensures that the strategy, themes, and discriminators are properly reflected in each proposal, ensures compliance with both federal government and commercial RFP requirements, controls proposal preparation, production costs, and establishes and manages the proposal schedule. The candidate develops and writes ITI proposals.

The candidate will also conduct business development to identify and pre-qualify new business opportunities through the use of web-based Internet search engines such as e-pipeline, Federal websites and other special leads as provided by the ITI Business Development Team.

The selected candidate will have expertise in capture plan development, team building, strategic planning and program staffing.

This person must be an excellent communicator both orally and in writing. Will possess strong organizational and personal inter-relational skills.

Education:

BA and/or BS degree in related field or equivalent experience Minimum of five to ten years experience with Government Contracts Proficient in the use of applications software Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various graphics packages
