Title: Project Engineer "Sr. Audiovisual Engineer"

Duties / Responsibilities:

Comprehensive, in-depth experience in developing technical solutions and conceptual engineering design specifications that meet customer requirements. Manages Broadcast and Audiovisual Projects or leads efforts on major Project subsystems. Manages budgets, timelines, and members of his/her project engineering team in order to successfully execute the overall project plan. Creates equipment lists; floor plans; rack and console elevations; conceptual and detailed RF, audio, video, networking and control diagrams; patch panel and custom I/O panel layouts for large-scale technical systems. Creates test plans and test systems. Coordinates with the technical services, implementation and inventory control department to assure proper scheduling & integration of these systems.

Skills:

• Working Knowledge of AMX and Crestron control systems.
• Working Knowledge of optics and acoustics and their application in large-scale integrations.
• Working Knowledge of ergonomic principles and their application in a Production and presentation environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project) & VIDCAD

Education:

BSEE or BSEET or other advanced technical or science degree that demonstrates in-depth Knowledge of physical science principles plus 10 years experience in a broadcast or AV engineering capacity or ASEET and 15 years experience in a broadcast or AV engineering capacity.
