ITI is pleased to announce the award of a five year contract for services to operate and maintain the multi-channel digital television facility at NASA Headquarters and to provide NASA Web Portal Support services for "The Multimedia Division of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's, Office of Public Affairs". The Multimedia Division's goal is to provide the highest quality operational television and web support to the Office of Public Affairs, and other requesting organizations at NASA Headquarters, when related to the Agency's statutory obligation to provide the widest and most practicable dissemination of information to the public. |

ITI shall provide daily operations and engineering support for the NASA multi-channel digital television services at NASA Headquarters. The services shall include master control operations, general operations, production, graphic design, equipment maintenance and repair, and system design engineering support. ITI also shall support the Portal by performing "broadcast quality" web design, technical design and management, database management, equipment maintenance and digital library management. The Portal uses multimedia to create an engaging, dynamic experience for users, bringing to them the excitement of exploration. The Portal is the focal point for Internet content created by Public Affairs Offices at NASA Headquarters and the NASA field centers. The NASA Web Portal is www.nasa.gov.
