Frank moved to the Washington, DC area from Riverside, CA in 2002 after retiring from the US Navy. He spent many years working on TV and video systems onboard ships overseas and on ships in the Atlantic Fleet. Frank earned his SBE engineer certification and college degree during his years in the Navy.

Frank joined ITI in September 2002 as a "Maintenance Manager" at Headquarters in Chantilly, VA. His love for solving any problem and his willingness to get things done in an efficient and professional manner has earned him the reputation as "The Fix IT Guy".

Frank currently lives in Manassas, Va. He has two sons who are in elementary school. In his spare time Frank enjoys hiking and walking with his wife and works at being a web comic artist.

Department of Labor, Washington DC

Innovative Technologies, Inc. has been awarded a turnkey engineering and technical services contract by the Department of Labor to upgrade their broadcast television capabilities operated within the Office of Public Affairs. ITI will furnish and install an Audio/Visual System in the DAVCS Television production control technical areas. Guided by the new OPA DAVCS requirements, these comprehensive digital TV enhancements will be designed and integrated during 2007.
