Innovative Technologies, Inc. always appreciates excellence and success from our employee's. In recognition of outstanding performance as "Scheduling Manager" at our Housing and Urban Development (HUD) contract, we are proud to recognize Mr. Ralph Friend as Employee of the Month.

Ralph moved to the Washington, D.C. area from Hopwood, Pennsylvania in 1983. He graduated from Westmoreland County Community College and has spent most of his career in customer service, which has attributed to his ability to provide excellent customer service.

Ralph joined ITI in March 2000 as Assistant Scheduler for the HUD project. He is known as a team player. His willingness to get things done in an efficient and professional manner has earned him the reputation as the "go to guy" at HUD.

Ralph currently lives in Falls Church, Virginia. He has three children who are now in college. He enjoys cruising on his motorcycle, which he rides to work year round. He is also completing a 10-year construction project on his house.

Department of Labor, Washington DC

Innovative Technologies, Inc. has been awarded a turnkey engineering and technical services contract by the Department of Labor to upgrade their broadcast television capabilities operated within the Office of Public Affairs. ITI will furnish and install an Audio/Visual System in the DAVCS Television production control technical areas. Guided by the new OPA DAVCS requirements, these comprehensive digital TV enhancements will be designed and integrated during 2007.
