Innovative Technologies, Inc. (ITI) provides on-site technical and operational support services of their visual information systems to Government agencies. ITI offers a full range of on-site visual information services including:

Operations Support - ITI also provides third-party services necessary to support visual-information operational requirements during work surges and special events. This includes distribution services (satellite, terrestrial and Internet) and "freelance" personnel to augment the operations facility staff as needed. A large freelance database helps us respond rapidly. A corporate management approach used for fifteen years helps us assure efficient work.
ITI provides freelance and third-party services through an internal proprietary database called Personnel Tracking System (PTS). Using our proprietary PTS database we can staff all your production needs including freelance personnel (camera operators, audio operators, teleprompter operators, engineers, script writers, technical directors, producers, graphics, editors, makeup artists, actors, narrators, voiceover talent, and remote site production systems (mobile trucks, camera packages, production switching packages, etc.). The database allows ITI to respond to routine and emergency surge demands immediately with a high-level of confidence. ITI also provides distribution services both on an occasional and full-time leased basis. This includes C-band and Ku-band uplinks, satellite transponder services, terrestrial fiber, microwave links and IP services for streaming video to desktop workstations.
ITI can also support all your Documentation needs. ITI uses a commercially available Documentation package called VIDCAD, a subset of AutoCAD that is specifically tailored for television and media facilities. VidCAD software runs an OEM version of AutoCAD permitting all drawings to be AutoCAD compliant. ITI offers on-site facility updates and conversions to clients seeking to document and bring stronger configuration management procedures to their operations. In addition, ITI can provide documentation backup services of client systems from its headquarter's to ensure that the facility's documentation is up-to-date. In this capacity, ITI can download systems updates on-demand directly to client workstations ensuring both client and ITI documentation mirror each other.
ITI has a successful history of providing structured On-Site Training of visual information systems for clients. Training includes specific learning objectives, lesson plans (with lesson milestones tied to learning objectives), aids (workbooks, drawings, etc.) at the client's site. ITI can provide on-the-job training for personnel designated by the client on the proper operation of the new systems or workflow changes. The training can be scheduled to accommodate client work schedules, and may be supplied to small groups of individuals or larger groups as required by the client. ITI has experience producing web-based training videos for clients who have an on-going need to train their work force during non-working hours from an office or home computer.
ITI offers a Maintenance service capability to Government agencies for on-call and preventative maintenance of visual information systems. ITI can provide full-time maintenance expertise on-call, 7-days a week, 24-hours a day, accessible via Internet, pager, cell and home telephone. ITI also maintains a fleet of vans equipped for routine and emergency service calls. ITI has direct relationships with most of the leading manufacturers of visual information equipment, affording ITI access to spare equipment parts at significantly discounted prices. ITI can also provide maintenance support via secure web sites from ITI headquarters to client maintenance and engineering staff. ITI can customize a web-based system for clients to point and click from their desktop computers for basic trouble shooting instructions, schematics, technical bulletins and equipment/systems maintenance logs detailing repair history.

They have been or are affiliated with NBC, ABC, CBS FOX, CNN, PBS, Network Affiliates, MSNBC, and the National Public Radio network. Their media experience includes Presidential Debates, Inaugurals, Press Conferences, Oval Office Addresses, State of the Union Addresses, Summits and Elections.
